During our short stay in Corbett Tiger Reserve, we were put up at Escape Corbett, a river view resort, with hangout spots around the rooms close to the river Kosi, which is also a water source for the wildlife in Corbett. Other resorts around the region sometimes even had DJ nights with blaring music, which would put an end to the tranquil nights in the wild.
The resort burning its waste on the banks of river Kosi, which is a regular ritual, followed suit by everyone in the region.
Another fire set by one of the resorts on the banks of the river, close to the region where the wildlife accesses the river in the nights
Trees cut down in the Corbett Tiger Reserve, so the resorts can build swimming pools and other amenities for the tourists visiting the tigers.
